PRE-SEASON: CROWN FC ROUND-UP SCREENING EXERCISE, TACKLE ABRAYSPORT FC

Crown FC of Ogbomoso FC will round up their screening exercise with a friendly against Abraysport FC of Ilorin, OyoSportsNews reports.


Recall that the Oyo state flag bearer at the Nigeria National League resumed camp November 16, 2021 after the end of NNL 2020/2021 season. OyoSportsNews gathered that the technical crew had arranged a friendly against Abraysport FC of Ilorin to round off thier screening program and focus on selected players for final preparations ahead of the 2021/2022 Nigeria National League which is likely to kick-off 12th of February, 2022.

The team had played six friendly matches within the last five weeks. The Ajilete warriors defeated Masifa United 4-0 in their first friendly at the NBTS ground. Their visit to Saki on December 1st also saw them pipped Oke Ogun United with alone goal.

In another friendly, Anthony Encho's side lost to Kwara football academy by 2-0 at KFA football pitch on December 10. Crown FC beat FC Ebedei 2-1 courtesy of Saadu Folorunsho and Oko Joseph on December 17 and also managed a 1-1 draw courtesy of Yemi Adeyeye's injury time goal at Osogbo stadium against Soccer FC.
