Shooting Stars are 15th on the table with 44 points from 35 matches and recently drew to Abia Warriors at home last Sunday at the Lekan Salami stadium Adamasingba, Ibadan. The Oluyole Warriors have dropped 16 points at home this seson as a result of eight home draws and are left with two away matches and one home to avoid the drop. This was disclosed on Thursday at a press conference  for the competition held at the tennis court area, Lekan Salami sports complex, Ibadan. The Secretariat took the decision after reviewing the match officials report of the match between Gombe Warriors and Damaturu Academy FC, played on 28th June 2022, at the Patami Stadium Gombe. TENNIS: OYO ATHLETES EMERGE FIRST IN MTN TOURNAMENT

The chairman of the Oyo State Sports Council, Ibadan Honourable Gbenga Adewusi "Arole" dropped this hint today at the Lekan Salami Sports complex, Adamasingba, Ibadan. He disclosed that Mubarak Ganiyu who emerged first won Gold for the under 16 boys category, he defeated Seun Ogunsakin of Ekiti State with 9/8 points while Onyekachi Ogunjiofor came second with silver medal in the under 14 boys category with 9/6 points. The nation's Most Important league on Monday 27 June,2022 officially wrote back to the group B2 campaigners confirming the two page letter of intent to exit the league. However,NNL was swift to draw the attention of Ottasolo on the implications of their stated intention to pull out of the league. Ottasolo had cited unverifiable and intangible reasons for their action but the league management took a decision to remind Ottasolo what it stood to gain or lose in the aftermath of their decision. NNL went on to give Ottasolo 48 hours space to weigh its action, citing relevant portions of the rule book or leave the NNL the chance to stamp its withdrawal intent from the league.
