On Wednesday, Iseyin City spanked Itesiwaju Lions 3-1 at OYSADEP stadium, Saki. Two goals form Fidudusola Olaitan and Moyosore Adeola gave the first edition finalist a place at the final after an entertaining football match. However, Iseyin United will officially meet Iseyin City in the Season II of Peller Unity Cup final after beating Itesiwaju Rangers 2-0 at the semi final match held at Baptist Secondary Grammar School, BASEGA, Ago Are. A brace from Adefabi Afeez at the 28th and 56th minutes helped Iseyin United to set up all-Iseyin cup final. Isiaka Mutiu had been sidelined due to injury on his right leg while Ebenezer Odeyemi had a toe injury after he was assaulted by men of the Nigeria Army.
