THREE OYO ATHLETES SHORTLISTED FOR DEAFLYMPICS GAMES IN BRAZIL

The Chairman of the Oyo State Sports Council, Honourable Gbenga Adewusi dropped this hint today in Ibadan.  According to Hon Adewusi, the trio, namely: Orusa Clifford, Ettu Samuel Chukwuma; Oladipo Victoria Ayorinde, and their Coach, MR Saliu Abubakar Tunde are the shortlisted athletes billed to depart along with Team Nigeria's athlete and officials today abroad Ethiopian Airlines. The Chairman remarked further that Deaflympics is the World Games for the deaf similar to the Olympics and Paralympics for the able bodied and the para - athletes. Honourable Adewusi commended the Federal Government of Nigeria for the sponsorship of the participation of Team Nigeria. REGISTRATION BEGINS FOR 2022 OYO STATE FEDERATION CUP

Recall that the Nigeria National League mid-season window has been declared open for (19 days), starting from Sunday 24th April to Sunday 12th May, 2022. The Oluyole Warriors earned another win over Enyimba after 1-0 on July 23rd, 2017. The warriors again made it back to back home win after 3-0 win over Lobi Stars. It was Omoduemuke Moses 12th and Emmanuel Lucky 40th strikes gave the 3SC a comfortable first half lead and  final result.
