CONFIRMED FIXTURES, VENUES FOR OYO STATE 2024 FEDERATION CUP

The event held at the Lekan Salami Sports Complex, Adamasingba had in attendance Oyo State Football Association executive members, representatives from all registered clubs, member of Oyo Sate football coaches association, the fourth estate of the realm and other major football stakeholders. By Oluseyi Adedire Twitter/Instagram: @oyosportsnews FB: Oyo Sports Update Oyo state soccer governing body under the chairmanship of Oba James Odeniran, the Alakinyele of Akinyele has confirmed the draw date for the 2024 Oyo State Federation Cup, OyoSportsNews reports. The draw marks the beginning of this year edition of Federation Cup, which had Shooting Stars as the defending champions. The association through its secretary, Mr Kehinde Adebayo Ojelowo, on Tuesday afternoon told OyoSportsNews that Thursday, 29th of February, as the draw date for this year edition. The draw is scheduled to be conducted from 12 noon at the Lekan Salami Sports Complex, Adamasingba, Ibadan. Ojelowo said: "In view of the ongoing protest by the Nigeria Labour Congress scheduled between 27th and 28th February, 2024. The Secretary General of WBFN, Aminu Sikiru, disclosed on Friday that the workshop will start on 19th February and last for three days at the indoor sports hall of Kwara State Sports complex in Ilorin. According to the schedule, the workshop commences with lectures from 20th to 2nnd February and the participants are expected to pay 5,000 naira for the programme.
