The General Manager of Kwara United FC of Ilorin, Bashir Badawy, on Tuesday, paid a condolence visit to the Jericho Secretariat of Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) to commiserate with the team over the demise of its General Manager, Rasheed Balogun.

Accompanied by the Technical Adviser of the Afonja Warriors, Abdulahi Biffo, Badawy, expressed deep sorrow over the death of the 3SC boss.

"I am here, alongside my Technical Adviser (BIffo), to condole with the Shooting Stars family over the death of your General Manager, Rasheed Balogun.

"We were friends during his lifetime, so I cannot come to Ibadan just like that without coming here to pay my respect and to condole with 3SC", said the Kwara United helmsman, whose team is in Ibadan to face the Oluyole Warriors in a NPFL matchday eight tie on Wednesday.

Receiving the Kwara United delegation, Shooting Stars' Director of Administration and Supply, Alhaji Rahman Olapade, thanked the officials of the Ilorin based side for sharing in the grief of the Ibadan soccer lords.

Both Badawy and Biffo later signed the condolence register opened for the late 3SC General Manager who died last Thursday.
