On Saturday, the sky blues stars took a charterd flight at the Muritala Mohammed International Airport, Ikeja Lagos to Bauchi for Wikki Tourists cracker.

Remo Stars secured a comfortable first half win courtesy of their reportedly highest paid player, Dayo Ojo at the 11th minute. Dayo Ojo's first goal for the club.

Speaking to OyoSportsNews on his return from injury with a goal, Oyedele said he's happy to be on the field without pains.

“I think we started very well, like we wanted. I was not expecting to be brought in as soon as that but the Coach made the substitute and I was glad I helped the team to seal the win despite we conceded a goal. The aggression, determination we put into the game were good as a team. The team spirit is high, so it was easier to do well all together."

The coach told me what to do before I was brought in and I think we all did well against Wikki.

Reacting to his first goal with Remo stars, Oyedele told OyoSportsNews that the result which has helped them maintained the top position on the log gave him a great joy.

"When I was at Moldova, I netted eight goals in nine matches but this one is more special than any one before because it helped us to remain in the NPFL table. I am very happy to be part of the game and to score." He concluded.
