ZNG MASTERS: MUBARAK GANIYU READY FOR GREAT BATTLE AGAINST BIGGEST UK/NIGERIA RIVAL

Head Tennis Coach of the Oyo State Sports Council, Ganiyu Tirimisiyu said facing UK and Nigeria tennis player Mukhtar Andu and Adeleye Daniel from Ekiti state will be "a great battle" and "biggest rival" for his player Mubarak Ganiyu at the Zenith Bank Next Generation Masters.


The Zenith Bank Next Generation Masters is rated best 8 junior championship in the country and it's expected to start tomorrow, December 14-18, 2021. 

In group A, Mubarak Ganiyu (Oyo state) will face Mukhtar Andu (UK/NIGERIA), Adeleye Daniel (Ekiti state) and Oche Peter (Lagos state)

Group B consist of David Epeyong (Cross River), Seun Ogunsakin (Ekiti state), Olamilekan Adisa (Ondo state) and Miracle from Lagos state.


Speaking to OyoSportsNews, Coach Tirimisiyu said Mubarak Ganiyu is well prepared and battle ready to face his opponents. He revealed that group A opponents are his biggest rival in the championship. 

Competition secretary Carol Amahon said two players will qualify from this group to semifinal. Oyo state teenager, Mubarak Ganiyu will play his first match tomorrow with Adeleye Daniel from Ekiti state.
