Crown FC gaffer, Anthony Encho has said he believes his players are progressing well and adapting to his style of play and philosophy.
The former ABS of Ilorin coach said this shortly after his side came from a goal down to secure a 2-1 win over FC Ebedei at Ebedei stadium, Sagamu.
Recall that the Ajilete Warriors got a late equaliser courtesy of Adeyemi Adeyeye 90+ strike in a 1-1 result against Soccer FC at Osogbo stadium. This time, Saadu Folorunsho and Oko Joseph were heros for Crown FC after conceding an early goal at the second minute of action.
Encho told OyoSportsNews that the players played very well from the kick off to the final whistle and reflected his preferred style of football.
"Firstly, I want to thank God for the victory. My boys played very well from the start to the end."
He continued on the team lack of cutting edge and build up pattern.
"We still need a lot to do especially in the final third and build-up as well. As I said earlier, we are still on screening and some of the players are trying to understand each other, I believed from January next year, the training philosophy I will impact in them will make them more better and great player before the kick off date."
Meanwhile, the Nigeria National League had released groupings and fixtures and also fixed February 2022 for the kick-off of 2021/22 season. Also, with the elected new board for the Nigeria National League Club Owners Association held last Tuesday. Preparations must be on top gear for all registered clubs.
