AHEAD NPFL: SUPPORTERS' CLUB HOLDS ANNUAL PRAYERS FOR 3SC

Chairman, Oyo State General Sports Supporters Club, Mr Femi Oyeniyi on Sunday told OyoSportsNews that the supporters club have perfected plans to conduct it annual prayer session for shooting stars management, players and officials.

Oyeniyi made this known to OyoSportsNews at the University of Ibadan New Stadium (Awo stadium) on Sunday where shooting stars hammered DON FA 5-2 to book a semi final place at the ongoing GSM Pre-season Tournament.

Oyeniyi said this year annual prayer for shooting stars family both and abroad is likely to hold between December 11th and 14th.


"I heard the NPFL will start December 17th according to the media report. If this is certain, our annual prayers program which we've been doing for over 20 years is like to hold between 11th and 14th. No particular date for now but it should be better 11-14. We shall make it known to the public soonest."


Oyeniyi explained further that the program would be a point of contact to seek God's guidance, direction, injury and accident free season for players, officials, supporters and lovers of shooting stars before, during and after the football season.
