Shooting Stars assistant coach, Kabir Alausa has hailed his players for their good outing at the final match of Gov Seyi Makinde Pre-season Tournament held at Lekan Salami stadium, Adamasingba, Ibadan. 

The Oluyole Warriors defeated Oyo State Housing Corporation FC 4-0.


Shooting Stars enjoyed most of the possession in the opening 45 minutes and got two brilliant goals. First, Gafar Olafimihan at the 22nd minutes and Malomo Taofeek at the 37minutes. 3SC lanky forward, Odeyemi Ebenezer increaed the tally while Seyi Okeowo scored the last goal.

Speaking to OyoSportsNews at the post match interview, Alausa explained that the players performed better and utilized most of the chances created during the match.

"Today's game was different from yesterday, the players played very well as a team and create chances. They converted thier chances and have the possession. The team is gelling better in every pre-season matches, we have few days to the start of the league, I'm confident the team will do well."

Alausa also assured shooting stars fans and supporters that team will get good result on their league opener against Gombe United on December 18.
