Ibadan Football Association (IFA) under the leadership of Barrister Rotimi Alli has expressed it disappointment following the performances of Young stars and DON FA at the ongoing 2021 Gov Seyi Makinde Pre-season Tournament.

Recall that Young stars and DON FA were nominated by IFA body as a result of their performances on IFA league standings.

Young stars were whitewashed by Ilaji FC by 4-0 while Shooting Stars hammered DON FA by 5-1.

Reacting to the defeats, Barrister Rotimi Alli told OyoSportsNews that the two teams performed below their expectations and believed their outings were not the best.

He said: "I expected more from our two representatives. I want to believe these performances were not their best, if it is then they were definitely not good enough! Losing out woefully at the quarter final stage was not our expectation. Best of luck to them in the IFA league."

Shooting Stars will tomorrow face Ilaji FC by 2pm at the Lekan Salami stadium, Adamasingba, Ibadan.
