OYO SWAN CUP: SPLASH FM TACKLES AGIDIGBO FM AS SWAN CUP BEGINS DEC. 14

The draws for the football event of Oyo State Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (Oyo State Chapter) had been conducted today.

In football event, 8 media teams will be competing for this year trophy and they are grouped into two (four each in Group A and Group B.












Former champion BCOS will face Splash FM, Media Gang and Agidigbo FM in Group A while 32 FM, Nigeria Tribune, Correspondent Chapel and King's FM are in Group B.

According to the chairman, planning committee, the place to be for this year SWAN Cup is Lummy's Turf, Challenge, Ibadan.

The opening match for this year football event is between BCOS and Media Gang on December 14 by 10:00am.


OyoSportsNews relaibly gathered that the event will be graced by the Hon. Minister for youths and sports, Chief Sunday Dare.

Okikiola helped his side clinch her first ever federation cup title, scoring three goals in the three all draw, Ilaji FC emegerd champions 5-4 on penalties and will represent Oyo state at the National Federation Cup.
