Crown FC forward, Dennis Meshack has set himself a "15 or more goals" target for the new Nigeria National League 2021/22 season. The former Osun United forward netted two goals from the bench last season after he joined the Ajilete Warriors at the mid-season transfer window.

The dark skinned goal poacher was the hero of today's matchday two encounter against Warri Wolves held at the Maracana stadium, LAUTECH Ogbomoso. His 6th and 66th minutes goals helped his side achieved first three points after a goalless draw against Nnewi United last Saturday.

Speaking to Crown FC Media, Dennis is delighted after scoring two goals against Warri Wolves. He's also optimistic and confident of getting 15 league goals or more this season.

"I give God the glory for the two goals I score today, it wasn't easy despite we were forced to 1-1 draw at halftime. I was disturbed when Warri Wolves scored just a minute after my first goal, if we had utilized our chances at first half, we won't be under pressure at the second."

Asked what the Coach told them at the halftime, Meshack said: "He told us to keep pressing further a d make sure we utilize all available chances. I kept pushing despite I miss so chances, but I o God be the glory, I score the winning goal and we had our maximum points."

Meshack also took his time to appreciate fans and supporters who left their different homes to watch after five months off season.

Crown FC next league match is against FC One Rocket on Friday at Godswill Akpabio stadium.
