3SC BOSS CONFIRMS NEW SIGNINGS WILL MAKE DEBUT AGAINST DAKKADA CLASH

Speaking on Friday training session with OyoSportsNews ahead of the weekend fixture against Dakkada. Shooting Stars boss Edith Agoye said that new signings [Sunday Faleye, who is returning to the team, Achreche Sunday and Niyi Adekunle] are ready to take on the Nigeria Professional Football League.

The three new players made the trip to Ikenne Remo last Sunday but were not on the team sheet as they watch their team lost 1-0 to Remo stars from the stand.


Agoye seems pleased with 3SC's business last month, praising the players and claiming that he now has options that he can rely on as the season proceed.


The three new signings had been training with the rest of the player since last Thursday (Feb 3rd) and Agoye will be hoping for some minutes in the next game, and continue to make an impression on the Oluyole Warriors fans.




"We are looking very seriously at the three of them and looking into ways they can come in to help us. We know them very well, we know thier qualities but at the same time it's important for us to look into thier integration to the team and their adaptation to the philosophy. By tomorrow, we should have a clearer picture of what could happen but I can assure our fans that anyday, anytime they are players that can help the team."

The Oluyole Warriors, after their qualification to round 32 early this morning without kicking the ball, following the refusal of Zamfara United FC to show up for the round of 64 fixture at the Area 3 field, Abuja have been expelled from the oldest football competition in Nigeria. In a letter signed by the director for competition, Ruth David, on behalf of the Nigeria Football Federation General Secretary. Five players who were not registered with the Nigeria Football Federation for this year edition were fielded in today's match against Zamfara United.
