Shooting Stars boss Edith Olumide Agoye believes that his side did not deserve to fall to defeat against Remo Stars on Sunday afternoon.
The Oluyole Warriors left the Remo Stars stadium 1-0 losers after a fantastic Junior Nduka free kick goal at the 62nd minutes.
Speaking at the post match interview, Agoye gave his honest verdict on the result.
When asked about his general assessment on the South/West derby, Agoye said:
"Naturally in a derby, a lot of things come into play, emotion will always be high and it lived to it name. it is really a big derby. Naturally when you play the way we played today, it will be important when you take something, may be a draw but unfortunately we didn't do that - no problem, we go home and continue to work hard."
On why he choose to start Ayo Adejubu and his game plan, Agoye replied newsmen that the young attacking midfielder was on pitch for a tactical reason.
"Ayo made everything happened at the first half, we created that space for him based on the quality he posses and we are happy the game plan worked very well"
Shooting Stars host Dakkada FC next Sunday at the Lekan Salami stadium, Adamasingba, Ibadan.
