Crown FC secured thier first away win for the first time this season, picking up three critical points against fellow strugglers Cynosure FC of Abakaliki.
Anthony Encho's promotion target with Crown FC is gathering momentum and a first away victory in over four months could prove a defining moment in their untroubled season.

Neither side had clear-cut chances in the first 15th minute , but Yussuf Taiye had to deal smartly with a paas from his teammate, while Cynosure goalie had no answer at the 20th minute which gave the visitors a deserved early lead.
Against all odds, the Ajilete Warriors took the lead at the halftime break courtesy Yussuf Taiye who had now registered two goals this season for Crown FC. The former Gateway United player got his first goal against Bayelsa United two weeks ago at the LAUTECH football pitch, Ogbomoso.
The home side pressed until the end after many chances denied and cleared off the line – but the visitors held on for the three points.
