NLO: : ILAJI FC COACH ODUBOLA SAYS CLUB WILL LEARN LESSONS FROM FIRST ROUND

Ilaji FC manager and head coach Babatunde Odubola is confident that his team will learn the lessons from thier performance at the first round of Nationwide League One after picking a point on the road in their last first stanza match against Timi Giants FC.
Recall that the league body declared two weeks break from Monday 16th to 31st May 2022 and has informed NLO clubs to seized the break to fortify thier respective clubs.
The league newcomer had am impressive home records with five wins from five matches and has named Ilaji stadium as a fortress to other league clubs after scoring twenty goals from five matches.
Babatunde Odubola told OyoSportsNews that entire technical crew have learnt lessons from thier outings especially away fixtures after losing to matches Easywell FC and Abraysports.
"There were some lessons we learnt even before our last away match to Timi Giants FC, the way you play at home is very different from away match and also the team selection and tactical approach."
"We will learn from that. We need to learn from that, we're going into the second stanza and I believe all team will want to promote and also avoid relegation, - so it's going to get tougher and more competitive. We realize the challenge ahead and we are doing everything possible to ensuring that we did better than   our previous results."
Odubola fondly called 'Ziko' also told OyoSportsNews that the team will fortify the squad with additional new players. "We'll surely sign new players, it is very important." He noted.
