S/W DERBY: ANTHONY ENCHO WARNS AGAINST COMPLACENCY AS CROWN HOST IJEBU UTD

Crown FC of Ogbomoso Head Coach Anthony Encho has urged his side not to be complacent when they face Ijebu United in the Nigeria National League matchday 15.
The Ajilete Warriors last Saturday secured a vital 0-1 away win at Abakaliki against struggling Cynosure FC and will be hoping to consolidate thier 3-match unbeaten run after 1-0 win over Sporting Lagos FC, 2-1 victory against Bayelsa United and Cynosure FC 0-1 win and Anthony has warned his players not to 'rest on thier oars' and remember that every match is important as a cup final.
"Forget about the position in the table, that is what I told my players," the former ABS handler told OyoSportsNews ahead this weekend south-west derby against Ijebu United.
"Every single team is as good as the team on the first position, they should not get carried away or underrate any team. We must keep pushing and make sure we continue to do things rightly. This is the best time to increase our tempo and keep . momentum."
The Ajilete Warriors currently sit second position on the Nigeria Professional Football League group B2 standings with 23points after seven wins, two draws and four loses from thirteen matches. Crown FC lost 1-0 in thier last visit to Ijebu United on April 16, 2022, Joshua Obakimi got the lone at the 40th minute
On the log, Ijebu United have acquired eighteen points from thirteen matches and currently sit 6th position.
