Niger Tornadoes Technical Adviser Abubakar Bala Mohammed says Shooting Stars fully deserve the three points this evening after his team lost 1-0 at the Nigeria Professional Football League matchday 27.
The Ikon Allah boys after picking 10 points from possible 15 points in there last five matches lost to Shooting Stars after conceding alone goal at the 6th minute courtesy of Moses Omoduemuke.
Bala Mohammed believed his boys were not under pressure and could have got something from the match especially at the second half if his players had converted scoring chances at the restart of the match.
"We were not under any pressure, we stick to our game plan, though the goal came due to loss of concentration by the defenders. We didn't sit back, we came out in the second half, got few chances but couldn't convert them"
" I'm not disappointed with the lack of goals, sometimes substitution warrant scoring chances, I wanted them to do more but I believe we'll do more on our next game."
The former Kwara United soccer tactician admitted that Shooting Stars worked very hard and deserved the victory.
" Yes, they (3SC) worked very hard, fought hard and deserved the three points. We need to return to winning ways and make sure we increase the tempo in the team before our next match against Gombe United."
