PELLER UNITY CUP SET TO KICK OFF SECOND SEASON JAN 2022

The Peller Unity Cup second season will feature twenty teams competing in ten local governments across Oke Ogun and its environs.


OyoSportsNews in a chat with a member of the planning committee hinted that theme for this edition is "The Road To Oke Ogun". The event has been scheduled to stat January- February 2022.

"We are pleased to announce that all is set for the next edition of Peller Unity Cup (PUC) themed: The Road to Oke Ogun, which has been scheduled to hold between January and February 2022 by God's grace."



"Recall that the tournament ought to have held last year (2020), but we had announced its postponement due to the outbreak of the deadly Coronavirus disease (COVID-19)."

Meanwhile, ten football clubs be selected, two from each of the 10 local governments in Oke Ogun. The local governments are: (Atisbo, Oorelope, Iseyin, Itesiwaju, Kajola, Irepo, Olorunsogo, Iwajowa, Saki East and Saki West).

The planning committee, however reveals that application forms will be released to the ten local governments as it was done at the first edition. The committee has alao promised that the second edition has been designed to be bigger and better.
