Crown FC head coach Encho Anthony has told supporters his ‘very simple’ approach to coaching his players. The Cameroonian was appointed as the Ajilete Warriors’ new boss on Wednesday, just six days after thier former coach was reportedly relieved of his duty.

Anthony guided Abubakar Bukola Saraki (ABS) to fourth position on Nigeria National League group A2 standing last season but resigned to join Crown FC.

He is hoping for a fresh start and has promised fans a ‘good’ and ‘attractive’ style of football. That will please the Ajilete faithful, who had wanted a return to the Nigeria Professional Football League.

Anthony, who could take charge for his first game in a friendly against a non league club soon told OyoSportsNews:

"It is a great pleasure, a great honour to be here. My coaching philosophy is very simple: to play good football and attractive football for our fans. To have a stable team, not up and down."

"I promised to discover talents, develop and make them known to the world. I also asked for their spiritual and physical support."

Anthony said his major target is to make sure the team secure promotion ticket to the elite league.

"I've been given the target to make sure the team get the promotion ticket, the state governor told us to replicate what shooting stars had done. I look forward to achieving this feat with the club". He explained.
