Shooting Stars defender and match-winner Uche Ezeala has expressed his delight for his side's win against Kano Pillars on Sunday evening.
The Oluyole Warriors jersey N0 4 scored in the 14th minute to seal a huge 1-0 win for his side, who had to battle hard against a strong and rigid Sai Masu Gida team.

It was the first goal for the former Go-Round FC defender after joining Shooting Stars last year November, and his sixteen league matches in just four months in the Nigeria Professional Football League.
He said: "We try our best always to help the team and today worked. I am very happy for that. Scoring the only goal to help get three points is massive for my career and the team after some winless run. Kano Pillars gave us a tough match, it's very difficult but we fought hard till the end and I'm glad we are back to winning form."
"I was very happy for that goal [against Kano Pillars]. My first goal for Shooting Stars against a former league champion and in front of the state governor and fans really made me happy. This is just the beginning, by God grace, we won't disappoint our fans."
The centre-back further spoke about night football and impact made by the fans at Lekan Salami stadium.
Uche added: "We all feel it (the crowd). It’s a massive difference. We were all looking forward to it and it’s great to have the fans at night and play under floodlight.
