Shooting Stars defensive midfielder Henry Ndedi has taken to his social media to thank his fans for their birthday wishes after he adds another year on Monday (March 21st, 2022).
The former FC Nilayo celebrated the milestone three hours after Shooting Stars rounded off the Nigeria Professional Football League first stanza with a goal win over visiting Nasarawa United.
Ndedi wrote: "Thanks everyone for your birthday wishes, I so much appreciate your messages both on social media and mobile text. This is my first birthday with Shooting Stars and it has been a wonderful journey since I joined last year."

The historic parade, the first of its kind in the club’s illustrious history, departed from the iconic Lekan Salami Sports Complex, Adamasingba, and snaked through major streets of Ibadan. On Sunday at the Southern Delta University pitch in Ozoro, the Oluyole Warriors fought back from a goal down to defeat Warri Wolves 2–1, their second consecutive victory after a shaky start to the season.
