Shooting Stars boss Edith Olumide Agoye has been handed a double blow as midfielder Henry Ndedi and striker Ebenezer Odeyemi are ruled out of crunch Nigeria Professional Football League clash with Kano Pillars.

Midfielder Ndedi had a knock last Sunday against Rivers United at the Adokiye Amesimaka stadium and didn't take part in the club night training session on Friday.

Recall that Ebenezer Odeyemi was brutalized by men of the Nigeria Army last Tuesday at a cafeteria and had a toe injury.

Worryingly for Edith Agoye, neither Ndedi nor Ebenezer took part in

The duo have been ruled out but the news is not entirely bleak, as various reports claim both players are nearing returns to fitness.
