Shooting Stars head coach Abimbola Lawal is not getting carried away with Sunday's 3-0 victory over Niger Tornadoes in a pre-season friendly match.
With the absence of Gbenga Ogunbote at the technical area, Head Coach Abimbola Lawal led the team to a 3-0 second half win as Anthony Okachi grabbed a brace alongside Alabi Apatapiti.
Abimbola Lawal hailed an "important" 3-0 victory over Niger Tornadoes, but said his side must not look too far ahead.
"There is nothing much in that, it is a pre-season game, we don't need to be happy too much but we need to improve and do more. It is good the boys are perfecting our techniques, we also need to work more mostly in our attack." He said.
