NLO24: OYO FA SUSPENDS TWO REFEREES OVER POOR OFFICIATING

The Oyo State Football Association has stepped down two referees from the ongoing Nationwide League One over poor officiating, OyoSportsNews reports.This was made known in a letter made available to OyoSportsNews by a member of the association, shortly after match No 15 of the matchday four involving Oyomesi FC and Positive FA.
The referees suspended are Olorunyomi Victor and Omofoye Godwin.
Referee Omofoye Godwin was the Assistant Referee I in a match between Shooting Stars Team B and Black Scorpion of Ogbomoso on Sunday, April 21st. The Oluyole Warriors junior team won 3-1.
Olorunyomi Victor from Ogbomoso was also on duty this afternoon (April 26th] when Oyomesi FC lost 1-2 to Positive FC of Ibadan.
The two match officials [Olorunyomi Victor and Omofoye Godwin] are suspended from further officiating in the Nationwide League One 2024 season until the appropriate technical evaluation of such decisions are determined to be either right or wrong.
