3SC TEAM B DEFEATS OYE OLOHUN FC 1-0 IN FRIENDLY MATCH

Shooting Stars Team B defeated thier Saki counterparts, Oye Olohun Travels & Tours Football Club 1-0 in a friendly match this afternoon at University College Hospital football pitch.
Despite some strong attacking plays from both sides in the first half, it ended in a goalless.
The second half began with a similar dispay after four changes by both sides at half-time. The Oluyole Warriors junior team, were able to open the scoring in the 67th minute with a solo strike by Ajayi Samuel after a defensive mixed-up by Olohun Travels & Tours FC defenders.
The two teams will face off again on April 27 at the Nationwide League one season matchday four fixture.

The Oluyole Warriors, after their qualification to round 32 early this morning without kicking the ball, following the refusal of Zamfara United FC to show up for the round of 64 fixture at the Area 3 field, Abuja have been expelled from the oldest football competition in Nigeria. In a letter signed by the director for competition, Ruth David, on behalf of the Nigeria Football Federation General Secretary. Five players who were not registered with the Nigeria Football Federation for this year edition were fielded in today's match against Zamfara United.
