NLO24: OYE OLOHUN LINE UP TOP FRIENDLIES AHEAD SEASON KICK-OFF

In a bid to achieve it set goals and attain new feat in the global showpiece, Nation-wide League One debutant, Oye Olohun Travels & Tours Football Club will be playing at least four top tune-up games before the commencement of the Nation-wide League One Division One 2023/24 season.
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the club, Alhaji Saliu Tajudeen Kolawole informed newsmen that the club is already speaking with clubs within the state for possible friendly dates between Saturday, April 13th to Tuesday, April 16, 2024.
With the fixtures of the NLO Ibadan centre yet to released by the league body, the chairman of the club and the technical crew have agreed to keep the team busy with friendly games that could help the team prepare adequately for the season starting this month.
Alhaji Saliu Tajudeen Kolawole hinted that talks are now at advanced stages with the four football clubs in Ibadan for games, which should likely hold on Saturday at the UCH football pitch and also on Sunday at another venue.
"The team is super ready for the league, but it is important we engage the players and round off our preparations with top friendlies. We've travelled to Ogbomoso against Crown FC, Oyo town against Oyo 'A', Ilaji FC, and many other teams. We also played some grassroots competitions, and we were at the finals. It is not a bad preparation but we must do more."
"The league is starting very soon, we await the fixtures from Abuja, but before that, the players must get busy while the coaches must also perfect the needed areas."
"I've spoken to Shooting Stars Team B, Adeyemi FC, RFO FC and most likely Brightville FC and SDK FC. These are some of the top teams in Ibadan. I believe this will help fine-tune lapses the coach noticed during training sessions.
Alhaji Saliu Tajudeen Kolawole popularly known as 'Oye Olohun' also informed newsmen that the club will unveil news season home and away kits, players and coach at the new club office suitable at Hassan Titilope Street, Opposite Tijwab Hostel, Apinite, Saki.
