In an interview with OyoSportsNews, Crown Football Club of Ogbomoso General Manager Mr Olamide Ilupeju has shares his hopes ahead of tomorrow afternoon's match week 20 clash at Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, Benin against Gateway United.
The Ajilete Warriors currently occupied second position on the group B2 standings with 27points, three points behind table leaders Ikorodu City FC.
Ikorodu City are on away fixture to FC One Rocket this weekend after beating state rivals Inter Lagos on 7 goal thriller last weekend. A win for the Ajilete boys will earn them 30points ahead next weekend must win tie to Inter Lagos.
“At the moment we are not thinking of anything else than our match against Gateway United. We arrived Edo state yesterday [Friday] for Sunday’s match” Ortega as fondly called remarked in an interview with OyoSportsNews.
“We lost in Kwale to Warri Wolves, it wasn't too good for us but we've put it behind us. Obviously, we want to win tomorrow. Tomorrow's match is definitely a neutral ground for the two teams but it a home fixture for Gateway United. I hope we can play well and win.
“We need to play well and score. Perhaps the players are well motivated going into this match After the win against Tradesafe FC in Ibadan, we can definitely go into Tomorrow's match with a good feeling.”
