Shooting Stars Team B suffered their first defeat of the ongoing 2023/24 Nationwide League football season, losing all three points to Oyomesi FC at the Lekan Salami Stadium, on Tuesday.
Owolabi Habeeb and Kareem Yusuf both found the net as Oyomesi FC secured three points in matchday two.
Recall that Shooting Stars Team B emerged table leader last season after losing a match to Ilaji FC by alone goal and have made no secret of their promotion target at the ongoing season. Thier quest seems to have suffered a setback with the defeat to Oyomesi FC.
Thier next opponent is against Ogbomoso United on Thursday, April 25 at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Ibadan. Time is at 8:00am.

Unlike the traditional trophy parades reserved for champions, this initiative was designed to strengthen the bond between the club and its ever-passionate fan base. It offered supporters, both at home and abroad, an opportunity to feel connected, identify with their beloved players, and rally behind the team ahead of the new campaign. The parade reflects the ongoing transf...
