HEDGE SPORTS HOLDS SEMINAR ON TALENT DEVELOPMENT

The one-day seminar titled 'Understanding Contemporary Trends and Practices in Talent Development" is scheduled to hold tomorrow, June 2nd, 2022 at Labamba Hotel and Resorts, opposite Olivet Nursery/Primary School, Old Oyo road, Oyo town in Oyo state.
According to the C.E.O, Hedge Sports Innovations Limited, Mr Wale Ishola. The aim of the seminar is to help all stakeholders in the round leather game to understand the modern ways and methods to develop talents. He added that sports should be categorised as part of economic activities as it's done globally and not mere recreation.
Wale Ishola, a football pundit in Nigeria stated further that talent hunt and identification cannot grow football in Nigeria until we develop them in the right and modern way.
"It is no gainsaid stating that sport isn't recreational anymore but pure business. It is either one is updated or limited due to ignorance. Only the knowledgeable, focused, astute and exposed athlete, coaches and administrators can survive. It is on this note, that I have decided to bridge the gap in Oyo football community by giving back through my exposure and experience."
Ex international and Li Liga Ambassador Mutiu Adepoju, Ibadan Football Association IFA chairman Barrister Rotimi Alli, Chykap International FC Chairman, Philip Chilaka and Eugene Eremionkhale of Sunsell FC, Ogara- Delta state alongside Olubiyi Oluwatobiloba, a UEFA C licensed coach are all expected to deliver lectures at the seminar.
