ANTHONY ENCHO WARNS HIS CROWN FC SIDE AHEAD OF ROVERS SHOWDOWN

Anthony Encho has challenged his Crown FC side to show that they are genuine promotion contenders this season by beating Rovers FC at the LAUTECH football pitch, Ogbomoso on Saturday afternoon.The Ajilete Warriors have been in good form so far this term under the Cameroonian soccer tactician with unbeaten home record at the Nigeria National League Group B2 Southern Conference. After picking 24points at home from eight matches, Crown FC have also secured six points at away fixtures to top the table with 30points.Crown FC were recently knocked at the Oyo state Aiteo Cup by Oyo Housing Corporation FC at the Olubadan stadium last week, and surprisingly, the Ogbomoso based side then managed to claim a point from their national league clash at Omoku against Go-Round last weekend.
Anthony Encho has now told his Crown FC players that they must maintain focus with thier brilliant form and performance by claiming a positive result against Rovers FC tomorrow (Saturday) – before mid-week away fixture to Bayelsa United.Speaking to OyoSportsNews on Friday afternoon ahead NNL matchday 19 against Rovers FC, Anthony Encho said: “Yes, every match is tough and I don't expect the match to be a push over. Rovers are also doing well on the table and we can see thier position."
“You can see how competitive the second stanza of the league is, so we have to maintain focus and make sure we continue to do more than our previous performance."
Crown FC under thier general manager Kunle Oyeleye have been tasked by the state governor Engr Seyi Makinde to deliver promotional ticket to the elite league.
Despite thier ouster at the Aiteo Cup,Crown FC have been earning lots of praise for their solid performances under Anthony Encho.
