OYO FA DELEGATION ON CONDOLENCE VISIT TO AROLU FAMILY

Oyo State Football Association under the leadership of Kabiesi Oluyemi James ỌdẹnÃran on Tuesday, paid a condolence visit to the family of Alhaji Ganiyu Arolu, a serving board member of the state association over the sudden death of his first daughter, Mrs Basirat Arolu.
Mrs Basirat breathed her last on Saturday due to severe blood loss at a hospital shortly after giving birth to a healthy twins.
Condoling the grieving parents, vice president of the association, Comrade Ayangbile Isaac who led the delegation to the Saki resident of Alhaji Ganiyu Arolu prayed for the repose of the deceased’s soul.
‘’We are here today on behalf of our Chairman, Kabiesi, James ỌdẹnÃran to offer our deepest sympathies over the death of your daughter. It was a rude sock and no one would pray for it. We (the association) and stakeholders in the state are unhappy to hear this sad news and we are here for the three days fridau prayer and to condole with you."
On his part, Alhaji Ganiyu Arolu, father of the deceased, thanked the delegation and prayed to God against such occurrence in the state.
Members of the delegation include representatives from the state FA board members, zonal FA board members, leaders and members of each of the ten local governments of (Football) Coaches Association, executives of referees' societies, Oyo state football coaches association and LOC members of Peller Unity Cup competition.
