Crown FC boss Anthony Encho felt Meshack Dennis gave a fine demonstration of both his flair and resilience in the 1-0 win over Cynosure FC.

The Ogbomoso based side point man showed plenty of nice touches as usual in the Nigeria National League matchday eleven contest, and it was his header at the 46th minute in the box gave the Ajilete Warriors alone goal victory over relegation threatened Cynosure FC of Abakaliki.

Meshack Dennis, the team top scorer with four goals before today's match was on the substitution bench for the second time in a row after he was brought in at the halftime against Ijebu United.

Meshack Dennis, a major influence in Crown FC attacking role got the only goal 49seconds after being brought in before the restart of the second half. A flick on header in the box was the only goal that separated Anthony Encho's boys from Festus Allen's determined 'top dogs'.

"I told him at the halftime to do kill the game immediately he get in, we've wasted many chances at the first half and we were also denied goals by their goalkeeper. So we don't need to waste more because the win is very vital and important."

"He's done very well today and I hope he continue to do more at this crucial time. He has four goal already and my target for him is to finish with NNL top scorer "

The Ajilete Warriors will lock horns with Bayelsa United on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 are the LAUTECH football pitch, Ogbomoso. The match which was initially slated for  April 30th as an outstanding fixture was shifted again due to logistics reason from the away side.
