Shooting Stars gaffer, Edith Olumide Agoye has told OyoSportsNews his technical and tactical plans ahead of the Nigeria Professional Football League second round scheduled to restart April 3rd.
After seven wins, seven losses and five draws (19 league matches), the Oluyole Warriors currently occupied 9th position on the NPFL standings with 26 points.
Edith Agoye, in his previous post match interviews at the first round admitted his side played against a more experience teams, coaches and players that have been together which denied his team from picking valuable points most especially at the Lekan Salami stadium, Adamasingba Ibadan.
Unveiling his plans before the restart of the league, Agoye said:
"We are starting on a new note that is different from how we began the season because we didn't know a lot about so many clubs and how to play in their home grounds. Yes, we play some NPFL clubs at NNL and pre-season but it's quite different from NPFL (take for instance at Aba or Rivers).
"We've gathered experience at the first round and it will help us when the second round begins. At least, we've known these coaches and teams and how they play, I believe the experience will help us." He concluded.
Shooting Stars are expected to be at the New Jos stadium on Sunday for matchday 20 fixture against Nasarawa United.
