Crown FC head coach Anthony Encho said he was relieved to see his side win 1-0 against Cynosure FC of Abakaliki on Saturday and admitted several of his players “came to party.”
The Ajilete Warriors prevailed courtesy of a 46th minute effort by the team current top scorer Meshack Dennis at the LAUTECH football pitch, Ogbomoso.
Encho's side fought hard throughout the second half after several scoring chances were wasted at the first half of the encounter. The Ogbomoso based side after today's win have earned 17th points from eleven matches and will be hoping to add more points on April 4th when they host Bayelsa United in an outstanding match.
“Today's match is very important for us and the players knew that before the kick-off, you can see clearly the way they play from the beginning to the end. We had chances at the first half but we couldn't score but we were able to convert one and that gave us 1-0 win today."

"I notice some changes in the team today because we resolved to do well starting from today's game after I had meeting with the players . To me, I'm happy we won."
Anthony Encho also assured that the technical crew fortify the team at the mid season transfer window especially at the final third and midfield position.
