SUPER 8: NALCOMA DELIGHTED WITH QUALIFIED TEAMS, HAILS ABIA COMET INVINCIBILITY

The Nigeria National League Club Club Owners and Managers Association [NALCOMA] has felicitated with the National League Clubs that qualified for the Super 8 playoff scheduled for Enugu State.
In a letter signed and made available to newsmen by the association secretary, Mr Kunle Oyeleye, the president of the Association Chidi Okonkwo commended the resilience and victories of the club just as he charged all of the teams to show their mettle at the playoff to be hosted by the Government of Enugu State.
Okonkwo equally praised the aura of invincibility displayed by the Abia Comets FC having gone 12 games undefeated in the league, he noted that the historic and impressive run of the club was not common feat, he regretted the none participation of the team in the eventual playoff, that the colour and glamour of the National League is always outstanding. He also charged Abia Comet not to diminish in form to repeat the feat next term to have a shot at the shield.
The Chairman used the avenue to commend the leadership of the Nigeria Football Federation, the National League and all the teams in the National League for showing decorum at match venues during the season, he thanked all stakeholders that made the regular season a successful one. 
It would be recalled that Elkanemi Warriors of Maiduguri, Nasarawa United, Sokoto United, and Sporting Supreme of Abuja qualified from the northern conference while  Madiba FC, Beyond Limits FA, Ikorodu City of Ikorodu and Inter Lagos equally made it to the Super 8 from the Southern Conference.
He showered encomiums on its members from EFCC Abuja, Kebbi United, Elkanemi Warriors, Sokoto United and Inter Lagos that  qualified for the quarter finals of the oldest tournamemt in Nigeria, 'The President Federation Cup'. He enjoined the teams to go for gold and make National League proud again. 
The chairman of the NALCOMA specially appreciate the Enugu state government and football association for their love towards the National League and football in general.
