FED24: MAJOR SPORTS INTL DONATES TROPHY, MEDALS FOR OYO FEMALE FINAL

Wife of the Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of Major Sporting International, Mrs Temitope Majolagbe has donated a trophy and medals to support the grand finale of the 2024 Oyo State Federation Cup billed to take place at the Lekan Salami Sports Complex, Adamasingba, Ibadan tomorrow Sunday, March 31st, 2024.
Mrs Temitope Majolagbe, who was represented by Major Sporting International manager, Mr Adesinyan Ibrahim said that donating a trophy for the female category would motivate the participating team to give in their best at the final match.
"It has been a long time we had or witnessed female football at the federation cup, I'm excited this is happening again in Oyo state. As we know, football is one of the popular sports in the world and a unifiying tool amongst tribes in Nigeria."
"The youth are the leaders of tomorrow, so it is good for us to encourage them through sports. Federation Cup is a competition that cut across all zones in Oyo state and as lover of football, it is my responsibility to contribute my own quota to the competition."
Mrs Temitope added that this year's edition has lived up to expectations. Thus, urged the players to play according to the rules and regulations of the game.
While appreciating and recesiving the medals and trophy on behalf of the state football association, executive members of the association, coach Michael Oladeni and Chief Mutiu Adepoju thanked the management of Major Sporting International and Mrs Temitope Majolagbe for their gestures.
