COOL GLOBAL INTERLINKS CHAIRMAN CONGRATULATES ILAJI FC FOR FA CUP TRIUMPH

The Chief Executive Officer of Cool Global Interlinks Travels Limited Alhaji Hamzat Ismail Kolade Oba has congratulated the Chiarman, Ilaji Hotels and Sports Resort Chief Engineer Dotun Sanusi and the enitre management of Ilaji Football Club under it general manager Coach Babatunde Odubola fondly called Ziko for the historic feat after winning the 2024 Oyo State Federation Cup.
Ilaji FC, for the second time running made it to the final with Shooting Stars, a repeat of last year edition which they lost by one nil. At the grand finale of 2024 editon, Ilaji FC played a three all draw with Nigeria Premier Football League side, Shooting Stars and emerged Champions 5-4 on penalty shoot-out for the first time.
Alhaji Hamzat Oba in a brief chat with OyoSportsNews hailed Ilaji FC for the landmark achievement since the establishment of the club.
"Im super excited to witness this year's final, this is football, this is really a final match. I'm overwhelmed by the excitement, fun, and actions on the pitch. The two teams came out smoking in both halves. I want to congratulate the chairman and management of Ilaji FC, this is thier first federation cup title and it's highly commendable, the two teams gave us what we expected for 90minutes."
Alhaji Hamzat Ismail Kolade Oba, having donated a complete football jerseys for the two finalist, four different individual awards on behalf of Cool Global Interlinks Travels Limited, also promised his continuous support to the state football governing body. He also congratulated Oba James Odeniran over the success of the annual event.
