...Charge Club Owners on players welfare

The Chairman Nigerian National League Club Owners and Managers Association has sent his celebratory messages to the Members of 40 clubs in the Nigeria National League on the birth of Jesus Christ dubbed Christmas.
Okonkwo maintained that Christmas is an opportunity to pause and give thanks for the love, hope and joy found in Jesus – our Saviour and friend. Christmas is not about religion but mainly on the love of God for the redemption of humanity.
He praised all the actors and stakeholders in the Nigeria National league for their cooperation and steadfastness in the running of the League and that’s why he’s taking out time to celebrate and appreciate members and Executives of NALCOMA.
The Chairman equally extend greetings to all our potential sponsors and pray that expansion and prosperity shall attend their corporate entities in this season of unmatched joy to the World. While appreciating the Board and Management of the National he congratulates those who have been responding to call to service using their talents and resources for the most important League in Nigeria , he charge those on the Board and docile to wake up for the development of the country for our football is a collective responsibility of all.
Let me call on my members to celebrate their players for the season as key stakeholders in the business of this game therefore players welfare is germane in this period and always.
Players are the reason Club Owners and stakeholders exist in the football development and business .
To this end , I wish all members of the Club Owners, players, Sponsors, Management and Board of the National League and above all spectators and fans across the Country Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
Okonkwo concluded.
