Chairman, Local Organising Committee of Solat Telecommunications Ileya Celebrity Football Match, Mr Sola Ayegbajeje has expressed thanks to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Solat Telecommunications Nigeria, Alhaji Ganiyu Hammed, top dignitaries that graced the event and celebrities at the just concluded of the second edition of the annual football fiesta.
Ayegbasports, as fondly called, said he was elated that despite the change of venue, football stakeholders, lovers, on-air personalities and invited guests turned up in large numbers to grace the event, which took place at the Lead City University Football Pitch.
Amongst the invited guests that graced the event are the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Celebrity Magazine Chief Mrs Folasade Akintola, Dr Alhaja Abiola Ibrahim Adedoja, the Managing Director of Vintage 93.7 FM, Chief Ademola Babalola, the Chairman, Nigeria Union of Journalists, Oyo State chapter, top management staff of Solat Telecommunications Nigeria.
On-air personalities that participated in the novelty match are Tunde Olawuwo, Samson Akindele, Imoyosola Adetoro, Bayo Faleke, Kenny Ogunmiloro, Feranmi FAS, Enitan Olusegun Bamidele EOB, Waheed Akintayo Ilumoka, Abiala Dahunsi Kaka, Babatunde Saheed Mr Sports, Olawale Hamzat, Afeez Mohammed Cantona, Adesina Jagunmade PAJ 1, Jubril Arowolo, Samuel Ibikunle ArugboBoisi, Emmanuel Ibikunle ElereOba and Samuel Gbesabi
Others are; Raymond Tolulope Illuminator, Abass Ishola Abasslah, Bolaji Yemius, Campus, Idris Animashaun, Mr Rain, Lekan Orolabi, and many others.
Ayegbasports told OyoSportsNews; " It was a thing of joy to see the huge support from my colleagues but before I go further, I would like to thank all dignitaries that attended the event. I'm overwhelmed to have been surrounded with important personalities in the state. I also want to thank the Oyo State Football Association, Oyo State Football Referees Council, Coaches Association, GRAFTADEEN, Shooting Stars Supporters' Club,
Staff of Vintage 93.7 FM, Staff of Celebrity Magazine and many that I can't remember".
"To my friends and colleagues and lovers of all participated celebrities in Oyo state. I was overjoyed that such support came for a pet project I hold closely to my heart.

In the end, we had a great event and we were able to again put smiles on the faces of many people. This meant so much to me because the target had been achieved"
There are rooms for improvements and we are open to observations, corrections and ideas. We are human, not perfect and we shall continue to make every edition a better one. Before I round off, big thanks to members of the organising committee, they did a wonderful job to cover all areas of the event. We thank God for the successful event, it can only get better". He said.
