Agoye Emphasizes On Teamwork After Ekiti Utd Draw
Edith Agoye believes that Shooting Stars' away draw against Ekiti United was a perfect example of proper teamwork.
Shooting stars managed to snatch a point against Ekiti united in their latest Nigeria National League matchday eleven. Team and league top scorer, Gafar Olafimihan made the trip to Ado Ekiti but was on bench for 77mins.
After the match, Edith Agoye heaped praise on his players, club management and adviced Nigeria clubs to allow continuity and constituency.
The former Adepoju Babes coach insisted that their away point other than with quality, came as a result of the winning mentality, teamwork, which has been for four years.
“Every other good things has been going well for us. The team that has been together for four years, the that has been consistent due to continuity in every aspect. What we see today is a model for any Nigeria team that want to succeed and we are very happy with the way we are working with Shooting Stars and the results we are getting," Agoye said.
