THE WAIT IS OVER – SAKI UTD AND VIA ACADEMY KICKOFF GSM PRE-SEASON TOURNAMENT 2022

Oyo State Aiteo Cup Champions Saki United and VIA Academy will kick-off the third edition of Governor Seyi Makinde Pre-season Tournament when they lock horns at the Olubadan stadium, Iyanganku in Ibadan tomorrow, Tuesday, November 8, 2022.
This year edition will have twelve teams in attendance with the defending Champion, Shooting Stars on group C alongside DON FA and ALO FA from Modakeke. The Oluyole Warriors will begin thier campaign against DON FA on Wednesday at the Ikolaba football pitch at 4:00 pm.
Cornerstone FC will be hoping to do better this time than the last edition as they trade tackles with OMA FA on Wednesday, November 9 at the Ikolaba football pitch.

The delegation made up of 10 players and three officials left the shores of Nigeria via a flight from the international wing of the Muritala Mohammad Airport on Tuesday for Lisbon. Okikiola helped his side clinch her first ever federation cup title, scoring three goals in the three all draw, Ilaji FC emegerd champions 5-4 on penalties and will represent Oyo state at the National Federation Cup.
