The Chairman of Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC), Hon. Taiwo Lekan Salami, met with key members of the 3SC Supporters Club in a lively and engaging session aimed at strengthening the bond between the club’s leadership and its passionate fan base.
The meeting served as a platform for open dialogue, where the Chairman acknowledged the staunch loyalty and contribution of the supporters over the years. He emphasized the crucial role the Supporters Club continues to play in building the spirit of the team, both at home and away matches, and reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to inclusivity, transparency, and progress.
Hon. Salami also took time to share updates on the club’s direction, including upcoming initiatives to boost performance, improve fan experience, and reinforce the identity of 3SC as a leading professional football team in Nigeria. The Oluyole Warriors, after their qualification to round 32 early this morning without kicking the ball, following the refusal of Zamfara United FC to show up for the round of 64 fixture at the Area 3 field, Abuja have been expelled from the oldest football competition in Nigeria. In a letter signed by the director for competition, Ruth David, on behalf of the Nigeria Football Federation General Secretary. Five players who were not registered with the Nigeria Football Federation for this year edition were fielded in today's match against Zamfara United.
