VOLLEYBALL: IBADAN TO HOST BEACH REFRESHER COURSE FOR REFEREES

The South West Volleyball Referees is organising a three-day Beach Refresher Course for Referees to be sponsored by the zonal representative South-West of Nigeria Volleyball Federation (NVBF) Prince Babatunde Omisore.
Prince Omisore, who is also the Chairman of Osun State Volleyball Association and Patron to Oyo State Volleyball Association told OyoSportsNews that Cocoa Research Institute of Nigeria, Idi-Ayunre, Ibadan, Oyo state will be the venue for the three-day refresher course.
The release stated further that Dr. Patrick Olu Adebola, the executive director of the Cocoa Research Institute of Nigeria will be the Chief Host while Mr George Usoro is the Host. Professional instructors, course coordinators and tutors in Nigeria are expected at the programme.
Prince Babatunde Omisore, a FIVB Stage II certified coach currently serves as Nigeria volleyball Ambassador diaspora, He is also a consultant to Mikasa USA (Olympic/FIVB volleyball Equipment Manufacturer) and consultant to Mizuno Shoes and apparels Manufacturer. He is the first Black African to play professional beach volleyball in United States of America (USA) and introduced beach volleyball sports to Nigeria and Africa in 1991.
