Shooting Stars SC [3SC] returned to the Nigeria Professional Football League after four years.
The Oluyole Warriors at the Super 8 held at Enugu state between September 8-11, 2021 secured two wins and a draw in three matches and earned seven points in Group B.
RESULTS
Bendel Insurance 1-2 Shooting Stars
Shooting Stars 1-1 Remo Stars
Shooting Stars 6-0 Ekiti United 
Shooting Stars players led by Captain Abiodun Waheed Omololu came second at the Super 8 final match against Niger Tornadoes after loosing 3-2 in the final.
AWARDS
Olamfhian Gafar of 3SC won the highest goal scorer of the season award with 16 goals and the Most Valuable Player (MVP).
The best goalkeeper of the season went to, Charles Tembe of 3SC and coach of the season went to Coach Mohammed Bala of Niger Tornadoes.
Giant Brilla FC of Enugu, who survived the season by whiskers won the Best Behaved Team of the season.
