FOOTBALL SCOUTING PROGRAMME BEGINS IN IBADAN

A football scouting programme, tagged “G Innovation Football Scouting Tournament”, will begin on Sunday, 18th of September in Ibadan at the Olubadan stadium, Iyanganku, Ibadan, with players from 10 youth clubs participating.
A statement made available to OyoSportsNews stated that players and teams mostly from South-West Nigeria are expected to display thier football talents as top football scouts from France, Netherlands, Russian will be available to select qualified players.
The scouting tournament, organised by Nwagwu Chigozie is expected to end on Wednesday, 21st of September 2022.
Participating teams include; Crossville Soccer Academy, Dynamic Plus Soccer FC, The Expected FA, John Mayor FC, FFA, and Stars Builders Academy
Others are; YG FC, Jay Oxlade ACADEMY, G Innovation FC, and Demmyspoet FC.

Okikiola helped his side clinch her first ever federation cup title, scoring three goals in the three all draw, Ilaji FC emegerd champions 5-4 on penalties and will represent Oyo state at the National Federation Cup. Before the final match, Okikiola has been a key player for the club after scoring against Crown FC at Durbar stadium in the semi-final match.
