Two well taken first half goals by Samuel Ayorinde, were enough to earn us a 2-0 victory over Gombe United in our second game at the ongoing 10th Optima Energy Gold Cup pre season Tournament.
The former Ifeanyi Ubah and Warri Wolves forward calmly slotted in the first goal in the 30th minute and headed home the second in the closing minute of the first half of the game played at the FC Ebedei Stadium, Sagamu.
The coach Gbenga Ogunbote led technical crew made several changes to the team that defeated Beyond Limits on matchday one as we continue our build up ahead of the upcoming 2022/23 season.
Up next is a tie against home lads, FC Ebedei on Sunday morning.

Okikiola helped his side clinch her first ever federation cup title, scoring three goals in the three all draw, Ilaji FC emegerd champions 5-4 on penalties and will represent Oyo state at the National Federation Cup.
