OGBOMOSO FOOTBALL COACHES THROW WEIGHT BEHIND TOE FOOTBALL ACADEMY

The Ogbomoso Zonal Council of the Nigeria Football Coaches Association has assured its full support to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TOE Football Academy, Mr Taiwo Oluwafemi Eric following his recent launching of the academy.

The commitment was made on Saturday by the zonal council chairman, Coach Azeez Bashiru, in a meeting held the soun stadium, Ogbomoso.

During the meeting, Coach Bashiru emphasised the critical roles of grassroot coaches, clubs and academies towards the development of fooball in Nigeria. He also commended his fellow members [grassroot coaches] for their efforts in discovering and nurturing talents in Ogbomoso while appreciating all sponsors, donors, and organizers of various football competitions in the town.

He added that the association is in full support and ready to collaborate with the academy in any given capacity.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman TOE Football Academy, Mr Taiwo Oluwafemi Eric and General Manager, Mr Yekeen Rasheed Aserere Jr said the management of the academy remained focused on ensuring that players are well trained to achieve thier full potentials to greater heights. Mr Eric expressed appreciation of the association for holding the meeting and commended them for changing the face of grassroot football in Ogbomoso land.
